Here are some questions frequently asked

Q). What is the legal age to buy from Vape Stop?

  • The legal age to buy e cigarettes from Vape Stop in Nepal is 18 years of age. One must be 18+in order to vape in the country.

Q). Is there any warranty on my products?

  • All Vape Stop products have a 60-day full manufacturing warranty, with the exception of e liquids. For select products, the brands themselves may provide a longer warranty period.Refer to Terms & Conditions for further information.

Q). Can I return my order and get full refund?

  • Yes. If for any reason you would like to return the item purchased within a period of 15 dates from the date of purchase, please inform us and we will issue you a full refund. The refund will be issued for sealed items which upon physical inspection are found to be of the same brand new condition. Refunds will not be issued for items that have been opened or used, and will only be issued for the amount of the actual product excluding any shipping charges.

Q). How many days does it take to receive my products?

  • Orders placed before 3pm, Sunday to Friday, qualify for same day delivery in Kathmandu. For deliveries in other cities in Nepal, we will try to get it delivered in 24 hours but it may take longer depending on the courier partner. Kindly note that Saturdays and public holidays are not considered for same day delivery.Exceptional circumstances such as technical difficulty, natural calamities such as severe rain, and excessive traffic etc. may result in delayed delivery.

Q). Where can I find the tracking number?

  • As soon as the order is dispatched and is out for delivery, you will receive emails/sms detailing the tracking number/delivery status of the shipment.

Q). I need to edit my order, can I do that?

  • To edit your order, please email us at [email protected] at the earliest. We may change the order if the goods have not left our warehouse.

Q). Are e-cigarettes/vaping safer than tobacco cigarettes?

  • As per Public Health England (PHE), a leading health care institute and the health division of United Kingdom, vaping is 95% less harmful than smoking. That being said, vaping is not 100% safe and is meant for adult smokers who cannot or will not quit smoking on their own.

Q). Is there any danger of e-cigarette exploding?

  • There was a time back in 2017 when there were various news articles on injuries caused due to vape battery explosions. These occurred mostly in case of heavy duty box mods which had separate and powerful batteries. However, at Vape Stop Nepal we do not sell such box mods and 18650 lithium ion batteries separately. This is because the market has now shifted to lower battery disposable vapes and JUUL domination.

Q). How will you verify that I am 18+ years old?

  • If you look below the age of 25 years old, then at the time of final delivery you may be asked for a valid government id to verify your age as 18+.

Q). Which countries prohibit the use of e cigarettes or vapes?

  • Some 30 countries or so have banned e cigarettes. These countries are typically developing or underdeveloped countries. The countries include Lebanon, Nicaragua, Venezuela, Uruguay, Gambia, India, Sri Lanka etc.

Q). Which countries allow the use of e cigarettes or vapes?

  • There are 60+ countries where e cigarettes are permitted. These include USA, Canada, New Zealand, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Russia, UAE, Israel, Indonesia, Nepal, Bangladesh etc. There are more countries that permit the sale of vapes than the number of countries that prohibit it. There are instances in UK where e cigarettes are even sold in hospitals.
